About Jennifer:
As a classroom teacher for 7 years, I always noticed that some children had more challenges in reading and writing. Often the underlying issue was dyslexia or other learning disability. I found it so rewarding to help these bright chidren. I went on to learn more about dyslexia at the Academy of Orton-Gillingham. I chose the leader in the field of dyslexia, the approach that gets results. This is what prompted me to open Dyslexia Solutions of Colorado, to help children who have always struggled learn to read. I decided to transition from teaching to one-on-one tutoring in 2009. My patience paired with my background as a teacher helps me to build a trusting relationship with each child.
